Helmet Fitting Instructions

  1. Find Your Size

Measure head circumference above eyebrows and at the back, then consult the helmet size chart for your approximate size.

  2. Crown Fitment

Check if the helmet crown matches your head shape. It should fit snugly with equal pressure around your head. Test by pushing the helmet forward; if you can insert more than the tip of your finger between the helmet and your forehead, consider a smaller size. If a smaller size fits your crown but feels tight on your face, explore thinner cheek pads. If uncertain, try helmets without cheek pads for a better fit comparison.

  3. Cheek Pads

The fit of cheek pads significantly affects comfort and noise levels. Aim for a snug fit, as pads will adjust over time.

  4. Roll Off Test

Assess helmet stability by attempting to roll it forward off your head without the chin strap fastened. A properly fitting helmet should grip the back of your head and resist rolling forward. If it does roll, consider trying a smaller size or a different model.

  5. Visual Check

Examine helmet position in the mirror—the brow should rest comfortably just above your brow bone. Lightly move the chin bar side to side; the cheek pads should remain in contact with your face.
