Refund policy

Returns:

  • Gmax Helmets accepts returns of new, unused, and unaltered items within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be received within 30 days of return acceptance. 
  • To initiate a return, please click the login option in the top right of our web site header. Log in with the email address used to create your order - an account did not need to be created at checkout for this to work. Once you verify your email, you will gain access to the Orders section. You may then navigate to your order and choose the "Request return" button to start the process. 
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. We advise testing your helmet in controlled conditions before use to ensure suitability.
  • Apparel items must be returned in their original shipping material or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
  • If the product can be "returned to stock", no restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected by Gmax Helmets, usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the order to our distribution center.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
  • Packages shipped COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability and a speedy delivery.
  • Exchanged orders qualify for any ongoing promotions or discounts.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original shipment back to us.

Warranty:

  • Our 3-Year Warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover damage from an impact or normal wear and tear such as color fading or material break down due to weather.
  • This limited warranty applies to complete helmets when applicable.
  • Replacement parts carry a 1 year warranty with the exception of electric shields which carry a 90 day warranty.
  • Warranties are only valid with proof of purchase. Please ensure you provide a copy of your receipt or order confirmation when submitting any warranty claims.

Clearance Items:

  • Clearance items are sold as final sale only, with no returns or exchanges accepted.
  • As these items are deeply discounted, we cannot guarantee their quality or function. Please contact our product experts for any necessary information before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation/Modifications:

  • Orders can only be modified while they are in the "Processing" status. Once an order has reached "Processing Shipment," modifications are not possible.
